Honda has released the first pictures of the
Mugen CR-Z, ahead of its debut at the
Goodwood Festival of Speed. Basically this is one concept that is equipped with an aerodynamic body kit, sports suspension, high performance braking system and 17-inch alloy wheels. Furthermore, the weight of cars has also been reduced by 50 kg (110 lbs) of weight standard
CR-Z.

Specifics have not been announced, but the power is provided by a 1.5 liter supercharged engine is paired with IMA hybrid system. This gives the car a combined output of 200 PS (147 kW / 197 hp) and torque by 181 lb-ft (245 Nm), which allows the car from 0-60 mph acceleration in just 6.6 seconds.

According to Colin Whittamore, representatives of
MUGEN Euro, "We have made three driving modes from the standard car and economical range of 50 + mpg for mode 'eco' in until the mid-30 mpg when entering the supercharged power in a special mode 'MUGEN'." Well ... interesting is not it?
